Training Sales Force

InnSense has the availability to completely train a sales force within its Commercial Training Institute (CTI). The training consists of several modules and will be aligned with each customer in perspective of their individual need. All employees have to pass their exam before entering in the field. Recently we executed the training for one of our teams. Heert Eijkman, General Manager of Curaphar characterized our training and services as "involved and custom made, real teamwork".


Project management

Excellent operational execution
Besides the training the line- and project managers of InnSense take care of, in alignment with our customer, execution of the agreed project plan. Several KPI's are included and agreed and will be reviewed and discussed in regular review meetings between InnSense and our customer. Cooperation Shaman

Interactive- and customer oriented sales calls increase results
Sales calls are often less impactful then expected. Presentations are often not customer oriented, flexible and specific content is not accessible. Therefore InnSense started a cooperation with Shaman. Shaman is an intuitive content tool in which sales reps, product specialists and other staff who are in interaction with the target group always have the immediate availability of the most recent content. Through interactive feedback and statistics the medical, marketing and sales departments have easier access to alignment. Shaman and InnSense work closely together, not only in technical perspective, but also with respect to the execution with well-trained employees through which the launch, promotion or education regarding your product will be a success.
