| Appointment Corine Vogelaar as Manager Clinical Operations & Talent Development |
 As from April 1st Corine Vogelaar is appointed as Manager Clinical Operations & Talent Development. Corine has more than 25 years of experience within Life Sciences of which over 15 years in Research & Development and 10 years in HR related positions. She worked for several pharmaceutical companies, CROs and in Talent Development oriented companies. During her career Corine focused on implementation of processes, set-up of departments, senior line management positions and relation management. Development of organizations and the potential of its professionals are in the heart of her ambition.
Within InnSense Corine will focus on development of our outsourced employees and the customers and partners we work for. On top of that she will be fully involved in the implementation and further development of CRI, business development and recruitment.
With her personal approach, broad knowledge and experience Corine has the ability to deliver outstanding added value with respect to our customers, employees and the growth of InnSense. She is fully aligned with the approach and core values of InnSense; committed in bringing out the best in people and organizations. |
| Clinical Research Institute |
The objective of the CRI is to serve our customers even better with deployment of extensively trained, well-supported and strongly committed employees to carry out clinical research projects. After the initial training the employee is able to execute all basics of clinical research according to the NVFG/DCRF toetsmatrix. After the initial training the employee is extensively supported by our organization through which he/she is immediately fully operational.
