InnSense specializes in providing temporary and long term resourcing solutions to knowledge and capacity issues through outsourcing, staffing, project management, consultancy & (executive) recruitment within the (bio) pharmaceutical, medical devices and (consumer) healthcare industry. We offer these services primarily within the clinical, medical and commercial field through which we are able to serve our customers during the entire life cycle of their products.

Our services are, irrespective of duration, size or complexity of a project, applicable in a flexible way over the entire spectrum. Our capabilities range from a single expert to an entire team and/or department with a full infrastructure. Through our integrated approach we can take care of the entire project: "One stop shopping".

Strategic outsourcing

With strategic outsourcing an organization chooses to structurally shift part of its required staff, possible infrastructure and processes to an external partner to increase both the flexibility and focus within its own organization.

 

These are often projects with a long term outlook and perspective in which the responsibility for the tasks and results could also be transferred to the external partner.

Tactical outsourcing

With tactical outsourcing an organization chooses for a predefined period and/or a specific area of interest to deploy part of its (temporarily needed extra) staff through an external organization.


 

These are temporary projects in which the responsibility for the tasks and results could also be transferred to the external partner.

Flexible staffing & permanent placement

With flexible staffing an organization recruits its employees through an external party in which, during the first period of engagement, the external party remains responsible for the risk of employment and possible development.

 

With permanent placement the organization directly employs the candidate.
